On 24th November Bank House opens its very own Après Ski bar
The pop up will offer all the normal Bank House goodies as well as some specially commissioned cocktails and a festive version of Bank House’s famous afternoon tea.
The Après Ski bar, which will be housed in a marquee in the front courtyard of the Grade II* listed town house hotel, will combine the stylish relaxed Bank House bar ambience with an Alpine chalet feel, with an open fire, comfy seating, rugs and furs, antique skis and mountain views, and sparkling Christmas decorations. Think mulled wine, hot chocolate, cinnamon cookies, mince pies ( including gluten free versions)…..even a bit of (manufactured ) snow!
The pop-up bar will offer the same range of delicious beers, wines and cocktails available inside Bank House in the buzzy Counting House bar, including 57 varieties of gin and 12 whiskies. The Après Ski bar will also serve mulled wine, cider and apple juice and two specially devised cocktails; the Snowshoe – a bourbon and mint cocktail, and the Coco Snowball – a vodka and Malibu based one.
A special light meal menu and a Christmas themed version of Bank House’s famous afternoon tea (booking essential) will be available in the Après Ski bar, or guests can move inside for lunch or dinner from our seasonal menu.
