King’s Lynn restaurant chosen for Giles Coren’s world sustainable food guide


Market Bistro is to be one of only two Norfolk restaurants to be featured in ‘Truth, Love & Clean Cutlery’, a comprehensive guide to the world’s finest food experiences curated by 57 food writers. This includes restaurant critic of The Times, Giles Coren, editor of the UK version of the guide.

Just 1,250 restaurants have been chosen throughout 45 countries and Market Bistro are helping to put King’s Lynn and West Norfolk on the culinary map.

The editorial team commented on the selection process:

‘They will be chosen on the basis of outstanding food, but also on the quality of their service and atmosphere, their care for the environment, care for the source of their food, and their care for customers, staff and the community in which they operate.’
