Owned and operated by Des and Linda Calton, Islington Books is the culmination of over 25 years of experience running a mobile book stall at events, fairs, and steam rallies. In the Summer of 2024, they decided to open their very own book shop, located at 11 Tower Street.
Specialising in books on Militaria and local history, their collection spans a wide range of topics. You’ll find both new and second-hand books, plus the occasional picture and flags!
They’re always happy to help customers find specific titles and are open to trading books. With prices starting from just £1, there’s something for every book lover!
